Xmas brew #1. Smellin fragrant grass, brett, and sweet lemon. Big florals upfront, with an orange/peel crisp hop hit. Brett funk is strong, but drinkablity isn't affected, wine juiciness punches through. Solid rinde/waxy pine bitters. Very dry finish. 🎄
