It’s actually kind of astringent. Dry and cookie brittle, cedar kind of taste with it as well. Maybe actually starting to go off a bit.

This is so incredibly clean. The front is light, graceful, and precise before inviting a darker, raisiny backend.
Dark and smooth. Holding up very well 7 years later… nice treat on draft!
