It was the birthplace of the Burial moniker and continues to inspire us as a showcase of sound, gluttony, and great celebration. A place where our bareboned humanity reverberates with wonder and curiosity. Forever, our sanctuary. A cancelled Mardi Gras in NOLA had us thinking of ways to keep the tradition flowing within us - and so we made this killer stout rendition based on Brennan's own Bananas Foster. A careful blend of 4 different young and well-conditioned Imperial Stouts, aged upon a bevy of Wild Thai Banana, Toasted Pecan, Spicewalla Cinnamon, Brown Candi Sugars, Madagascar Vanilla, and a smattering of Lactose. The magnitude of depth here is quite amazing, rife with praline topped banana pudding, vanilla frosted cinnamon rolls, and caramel-coated banana bread. Show Less
