It’s still good, but after 11 years it seems to have lost most of its fizz. It was fine last year though, but who knows - may it’s just this bottle? At least “It’s a Wonderful Life” doesn’t disappoint 🎄

Aged for 11 years in my garage cellar

A little flatter than it would have been 11 years ago, but it retains good carbonation. Lovely Belgian esters lead to flavours of dried fruits, honey, plummy, slightly spicy and lovely aftertastes of Madeira wine and Oloroso sherry. Marvellous for 11yo+.
