C'est vraiment bien fait, assez complexe en bouche avec pas mal d'astringence, c'est oxydé donc on se retrouve avec un jus un peu gras et aigre-doux, comme un bon vinaigre bien vieilli, en dessous de ça on sent de belles notes boisées, c'est très riche!
