Her knap 6 år efter "Best before" datoen er det stadig en magtfuld og kompleks øl: sødme, måske et strejf af syrlighed(?), humlerygrad. Og så Honey Comb oak-lagringen... resultatet giver nærmest mindelser om karamel, whiskey(?). Stor bouquet.
