7 Seconds Away DDH Hazy IPA

Hazy Double Dry Hopped IPA hopped with a blend of Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops.

Ever since we first met I have had such a love for Costas and Lefteris of Seven Islands from Greece. Not only are they fantastic, friendly people and into beer for all the right reasons, but they always strive to become better brewers.

I first asked them to brew an Easter IPA, brewed with a shiny yellow malt base to remind you of Easter and with a hop profile to go well with classic Easter food.

Then we realized how fun it would be to brew something fitting all of spring and not just Easter, so we adapted the hop blend, added more body to the beer and listened a lot to our favorites from the 90's. Show Less
