Pours deep orange with a thick creamy head. Nose is dominated by blue cheese like funk, little bit of apple. Taste like unsweet black tea, hay, vanilla, honey and something like pink peppercorns with just the slightest oxidization.

Really typical Fantome but with only the peppery/phenolic side and none of the fruit. Tastes like wheat and rye. Really nice creamy fluffy mouthfeel. It’s good but so far one dimensional.
