Did a little vertical with the 16 and 18 versions. Amazing how different the two bottles taste. Barely the same beer. The Chardonnay grapes are so much more noticeable in the younger beer. The older has a much more intense acidity.

Not short on flavour. Big citrus and a good amount of sour tang. Kind of to ol sur-ish.

This is damn good. Omnipollo noa good. Not sure how they did this but doesn’t just take like chocolate, it specifically tastes like mud cake. A BBA version would be a 5/5.

Steve: It’s nice mate. It seems that extra two years makes for a completely different beer. Although it might be because they changed the recipe.
