Un cidre dryhop, why not ... (hallertau & cascade) mais que vient faire le malt de sarrasin? C'est rond, sucré, la pomme manque de subtilité (minute maid) y a une petite touche maltée et finalement malgré le houblon assez peu de fraicheur.

A lovely example of a French keeved cider that doesn’t break the bank (even after Brexit and stupid import/export palarva). Light mouse head and very light effervescence. Baked apples and sultanas on the palate, mouth coating medium sweetness.

Jack Toye: Ed V. I don’t think so, Jim sends stuff out to colleges around the city but it’s mostly in-person on Mill Road and Victoria Road. A little treasure trove of interesting bottles.
