Hell of a beer. So boozy and so far from being an IPA. Tastes more like a super boozy strong ale or barleywine. Very sweet and thick. Had side by side with 2017 Sam Adams Utopias. Definitely had the fruit and oak notes of it. What a great boilermaker.

Had this alongside Dogfish Head Utopias barrel aged 120 minute IPA. Definitely had that nail polish fruity date note. So good. Golden raisins. Have maybe a bit less than half the bottle left. A great treat! Busy night going through Ally’s mom’s stuff.

Toasty and dark. The condensed milk doesn’t come through a lot. Somewhat boozy. Not as sweet as some of the other beers. Doesn’t taste 12.3%. The coffee is prominent. Vanilla subtle. It’s okay. I’d still drink it obviously.

Found this beauty at Steins. 6 years old and drinking great. So much booze and berries. Thick syrupy. Tastes almost mapley. Some of the tartness is falling away. I will say that I always loved the original Fort better. This one is always a great sipper.
