Not as rich as my notes from the 2020 version, but enjoyable. Hot cocoa & fudge on the nose. Chocolatey front that turns into an almost tangy wet oak profile. Tannic & robust with notes of dark chocolate, oak, & bourbon. No peanut butter at all.

Cocoa. No bourbon because it isn’t barrel aged. Still sweet. Lighter bodied than barrel aged. Not boozy. I prefer the barrel aged. I like the booze.
