This is delicious! Medium hop bitterness up front that quickly transitions into notes of guava, mango, kumquat, & pineapple, with a sugary, candied finish. Full bodied & creamy. Hints of banana, lemon rind, & very subtle pine.

Exactly what I wanted in this heat. Beautiful day for FQF, but still hot. …Subtle skunk aroma out of the bottle, but opens nicely in the glass. Rye bread, bread crust, biscotti, cereal, granola, bran, & malt on the nose. Frothy, malt-forward, but easy.

Ally is drinking The Dude Abides by Barreled Souls Brewing Company at Untappd at Home
Was surprised this was Barreled Souls when I first tasted it. Dark & malt-forward, but not the complex desserty booze bomb that most of their beers are. Notes of coffee, subtle caramel, and extremely subtle condensed milk on the finish. Thin & charred.

Not as bad as last time I had it, but also not as great as before. Has a slight skunky nose, but not a bad beer. Smooth, light, creamy, & malty. Super buttery & smooth. I think the skunky notes are the malt liquor, but I’d drink this any time, honestly.
