Freshly canned. Lovely. Dark chocolate, vanilla, whisky, a little wood, honey sweetness. I would give this a 4.1. it’s not very thick but very layered. Next time a long boil and it will be even better.

First pour. Strong rum, light to medium barrel, quite thick, a bit boozy due to the rum, lots of raisins, some chocolate and sweetness. Still young, good potential to age, now I would give this 3.8-3.9.

Firstpour. Still very low carbonation. Lovely texture and nutty burbon with a light vanilla and honey aroma. Love it. Over 4.0.
