Freshly canned. Lovely. Dark chocolate, vanilla, whisky, a little wood, honey sweetness. I would give this a 4.1. it’s not very thick but very layered. Next time a long boil and it will be even better.
Canned 3/24. does not work for me. Weird weak unbalanced flavor. 3.6 for me. Can’t always fit on everyone’s perception.
