Last beer in the old house... unfiltered west coast ipa, moderately aggressive bitterness, I get the lime peel and tropical on the finish.

Dark choc nose. Chocolate malt & vanilla flavors. Smoothness really comes in to finish. Just a hint of lactose sour, not in every sip.

Cellared for 18 mos. Bit of vanilla nose. Some caramel, some plum and raisin. But a lot of alcohol notes. Hope it opens and mellows.
