Not extraordinary, but it’s a well-above-average nicely executed hazy. Would have been better if it was just a bit more fluffier, and if it had some more hop aroma, but that’s just me being nit-picky and comparing it to other nationally renowned breweries

This IS the best West Coast IPA I’ve had from Texas! Very bitter but not brutally bitter, and it has the ideal malt backbone to balance the act. It’s old school, but refined. Medium body. I’m happy that this nano brewery is doing well. Very promising!

This beer is really unique! I wish it had a bit more of body and residual sugars. However, as a dry porter, it’s spot on. I can’t say I can taste the purple yam here, but I get nutty notes, particularly hazelnut. Extra points for the purple head!

I feel like I’ve had this beer multiple times but it’s the first time I’m checking it in. I do like Kölsh, and this one is really delicious!
