Warren W. is drinking a Cuvée de l’Espérance II by Brasserie Cantillon at The BeerMongers
So damn good. Difference between I and II? The first featured Cognac BA three-year-old lambic; the second features one-year-old lambic aged in Rhum JM Agricole barrels from Martinique. Landing at BFNA next weekend.
Warren W. is drinking a Right On! (2024) by Ruse Brewing at Ruse Brewing
Arguably their best Pale Ale to date. Tropical fruit up front, then balanced, complex, and dank. Congratulations to Final Draft Taphouse on 7 years of excellence 🍻
Warren W. is drinking a Harmony of the Sun (2024) – Magnum, Strisselspelt, and Loral by Holy Mountain Brewing at Wildwood Taphouse: Cedar Mill
Late check in from a few weeks ago... Tastiest Saison I've had in a long time. Flavor profile: 1/3 clean steel, 1/3 wine barrel, 1/3 keg conditioned. Crushable, balanced, and complex.
Warren W. is drinking a Tweed by ForeLand Beer at ForeLand Beer Study
Nailed it. Right to style. Fullers yeast and all the expected specialty English malts with a low abv. It all results in a supremely quaffable cask pour with a rich, earl grey-esque flavor you rarely see in America.
Earned the Podium Party (2024) badge! Earned the Cheers To You! (Level 11) badge!
Arguably the finest Best Bitter I've ever had. On co² no less. At Obelisk Beer in Astoria.
