Very float in your mouth beer. Some dry hops to knock out the sweet aroma and flavor. Elegant and mysterious citrus flavors. Some grapefruit, some lime. Wasn't expecting greatness by any means in utah but I'm glad I'm not a Mormon at this moment in time.

Ok aroma with an decent body and legs. Get the barrel aged with a hint of dryness from the sake barrels. Similar to a bourbon county just not as sweet or thick.
