Celebrating the Eagles' (somewhat ugly) win with this brew. Decent mouth feel and layers of bourbon, caramel, fudge, dark fruit (raisin?) and vanilla. A touch of heat on the finish, but that's to be expected given the brew's age and ABV.

Rated to style as a hard seltzer, this is fantastic. A bit misleading being called a mimosa "sour," but it sure as hell tastes like a mimosa. Great carbonation, too. WAY too stealthy, as you'd never know it's somewhere between 7 & 7.5% ABV. 12-oz can? 😡
