Smellin’ a healthy dose of barnyard hay funk. Nice lemon tartness and floral honey. Soft n’ smooth with a crisp citrus peel zest. Super dry thirst quencher.

Smellin big time hay funk. The expected lemon peel tartiness and raw honey boost. Very soft, long lasting buttery feel goodness. Bitter mustiness and old barn. Super dry oak finish. Total classic.

Much better night 2. Somehow less oxidized flavors and more prominent port while cold and pure fudge while warmed up. Weirdly enough air helped this be less O2 influenced… 🤯🤯 I’ll probably decant the next one just to see.
