Really nice use of barrel and adjuncts here! Cinnamon and Vanilla are used to accent a really nice base English Barleywine and they allow the notes from the Apple Brandy barrel to shine through.

Best value in Barrel-aged English-style barleywine. This year’s is particularly good. Perfect fireside ale. Toffee, treacle, liquid bread pudding with bourbon sauce all richly layered.
