Some sweet sherry notes on the nose but mainly sour tart and vinegary to an extreme, the ice distilling and sherry casks haven’t helped this case, BBE 12/27 - errr nope it’s 100% had it! 🗑️ Stored carefully too 😢

Very dark brown, bit syrupy, flat. Smells sweet and super woody, some raisin. Body is thinner than it seems, only slightly boozy, flat. Taste is complex, loads of wood, bunch of sherry. Some red fruits present there, but not as tart as Modus. Interesting.
