Black Dolphin

Black Dolphin features a grown-up’s level of attenuation (more on that later), zero adjuncts, and presented in a 12oz can all for you, this is our take on what we’d want in a single player campaign imperial stout…if there were such thing. Unencumbered by the need to share the can, or wait for a special occasion, this beer was meant to make an impression on you, not necessarily 12 other people at some bottle share.

To that end its important to note that this beer’s level of attenuation is in no way pastry stout levels of unfermented sugary sweetness and is infinitely more about indulgent drinkability and the interplay of our favorite UK malts. To that end, we taste notes of cold brew coffee, 65% dark cherry chocolate, and delicate roast, all at a simple and clean 8.5%ABV. Show Less
