Speedy pours a beautiful pale yellow with a frothy white foam cap. It utilized multiple Cascade varieties from three different countries throughout its time in the kettle and fermenter and now can. High Oil Cascade from Segal Ranch in Washington, New Zealand Cascade from Freestyle in Upper Moutere, and Australian Cascade from the faraway place of Tasmania impart strong and complex notes of orange candies, grapefruit peel, lemon-lime, and tropical fruit.
