As described. Honey, notes of pollen, very floral, and mild tartness amd funk. Wheat/grass echoes the pollen on the finish in an almost lemon peel way

Wow! Pas mal moins vinaigrée que l’autre Ale Apothecary que j’ai essayé. Fines herbes, feuille de tomate, miel, légère amertume. Acidité bien contrôlée, super mouthfeel.

Wild is a bit of an understatement here. Has a nice barrel flavour but a big funk on the finish. Tart and fruity but with a nice wood undertone.
