Bottle 2977. This wonderful spiced brett saison. The spice and brett adds spiciness to make a complex saison with a long lingering aftertaste.

One of my gracious, final HnT purchases pre-official closing. God bless’em. They did good already. Stoked about the peppercorns. Hell yeah! Great spice from the Szechuan. Smooth, light, but big profile comparably.

Another cellar selection ;-) Believe it's a 2014. It has a best by date of June 2019. It's great, though. Tastes very fresh and lively. Very mild szechuan pepper flavor.

Cellared for a while, says 1.5 years past best by date. Yeast has a mild fruity characteristic to it. Mildly sour

Good farmhouse. Brettanomyces in aroma & flavor but not dominant. Herbal, spicy, funky aromas. Flavors start with yeast character & but lemony, then turn peppery with little malt and no hops evident. Light body, very dry. Would happily drink again.
