Domain is a series of disparate county beers blended together to yield something altogether irreplicable and unique. Some of the threads for this blend were brewed back in the summer of 2016! This blend consists of a large portion of mature Slow Bustle aged on ‘spent’ Danube cherries for a couple of months, mature Triangular Nature, and year-old 100 Ft. North. This blend was bottled in October 2017, and we let it rest in glass for a year so it could come into its own, smooth its edges out and whatnot. Notes of strawberry fruit leather, strawberry fig newtons, toasted almond, gooseberry, wax, pink currants. Rich and deep yet crisp with bright acid. Show Less
