Stupid Sexy Suffolk Blend IV

We've always had a fascination with Flanders Red style beers & their links to brewing in the UK. We also love them - sour, but with a rounded sweetness; complex, but effortlessly drinkable.
Our fourth blend contains four different barrels with the oldest dating from November 2018 & the newest brewed September 2020. The older barrel brings more wood character to the blend, along with a touch of welcomed acetic while the newer barrels add a cleaner, crisp acidity. They combine to create a balanced sour red ale with light balsamic & cherry fruit undertones. A delight to pair with punchy cheeses & charcuterie. Show Less
