Really fascinating quad. Super floral at a cold temperature, but as it warms develops some brilliant spiced apple and brown sugar character. Highly quaffable, one of the easiest drinking quads I’ve had. Thanks Steven!

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a pale quad, but this had an impressive density of flavour, baked apples and baking spices, smooth finish that hides the ABV very well
