Steven is drinking a Farm Cat by Barncat Artisan Ales at Kenilworth Arms
One more for the proverbial road, great after a crappy day.
Refreshing saison with a nice spiced bread base with a slight lemon tartness and grainy finish. Seriously quaffable.
Steven is drinking a 36" Chain by Barncat Artisan Ales at Kenilworth Arms
The last of the growler, wish we had some more. Fresh juicy and delicious ME style IPA.
Steven is drinking a La Mellifera by Le Trou du Diable at Kenilworth Arms
An interesting mix of funky tartness and the smoothness imparted by the honey. Not overly sweet, which is nice, and very effervescent.
Purchased at LCBO
From last night, after a 12 hour library session. Fresh hop juice! Just amazing stuff. These guys are killing it!
Cheers Mel.Beer ... It's a great one for sure!

Steven is drinking an American Gothic Brown Ale by Louis Cifer Brew Works at Louis Cifer Brew Works
An impressive take on what is often a bland style, nice hoppy nose and nutty flavor, the body is rather thin but it's alright
Steven is drinking a Zodiak by Omnipollo at Louis Cifer Brew Works
Lighter easy drinking IPA with lots of citrus and dry hoppy finish, almost like a stronger session style.
Steven is drinking a Bang-Bang by Left Field Brewery at Louis Cifer Brew Works
A nicely hopped sour with lots of fresh tart fruit and dry finish. Well done!
Steven is drinking a Man Overboard Series: Session IPA by Side Launch Brewing at Louis Cifer Brew Works
Ligjt and elegant session IPA with some wheat notes and a nice balance between malts and hops. It's good but could benefit from more hops.
Steven is drinking an Ice Hole Pale Ale by Great Lakes Brewery at Louis Cifer Brew Works
Far too malty and too many adjunct corn-like flavors. I almost think they gave me the wrong beer. Pass on this one.
Steven is drinking a Terroir Session IPA by Louis Cifer Brew Works at Louis Cifer Brew Works
Decent session IPA, fairly bready with some bitterness on the finish. A little green but quite good.
Father's day lunch beer. Hits the spot after a hot and muggy morning.
Juice is on the loose... No, not that Juice!
First pull from the growler, such a delicious pale ale, with big juicy citrus up front and long bitter finish.
