Love the way the flavors have mellowed and come together since I first had it three and a half years ago.

Softer, with more juniper and mellow oak, than the last time I’ve had a bottle. Still excellent.

Scott Housten: I’m gonna be back in Baltimore in a few days, I hope I can find some time to try all this unique beer Sapwood is putting out.
G Nitro: Scott H. My check-ins from last night were from their holiday party. Definitely get there this week before stuff kicks

Sapwood Holiday Tasting Party. Better marks 3 years later.
This time with a picture. Being four years old, it has lost much of its carbonation and vibrancy. Still deliciously sour, tart, with subtle herbs and wood in the background. Juniper berry shows up as an aftertaste. Thank you to a friend for this gift.
