Rystal clear golden color, few bubbles. Lightly funky pear skin aroma. Taste is sweet fruity pear flesh balanced by pretty intense tannins. Really interesting. Cheers Mike!

Damp earth, pear skin, cured meat (touch of smoky bacon) with hints of dairy toffee on the nose. Touch of sweetness in the mouth followed by cheek and teeth wrapping tannins but not harsh. Acidity is very soft.
