Smoke forward on first sniff, but doesn't dominate when nose adjusts, hint of coffee and biscuit. Palate adjusts quickly to smoke and opens up chocolate malts and subtle nutty undertones. Thankfully drier than typical. Bitterness tiny bit off-balance

Nose has coffee and a hint of whiskey. Taste is somewhat smoky, somewhat boozy with chocolate and some malty sweetness - albeit not really sweet. Some subdued roasted malt bitterness. +0.1 for smoke (and not being overly sweet).
