Bretty and lager'ish nose. Taste is light, dry, bitter, carbonated, some notes of bread/yeast and just a hint of honey (no sweetness). The bitterness really stands out and lifts the beer.

Slightly boozy nose with chocolate chip banana ice-cream and slightly smoked sweet malt. Taste is sour, notes of baked banana, sour red wine, sour/sweet plums and a hint of leather. Not your usual barley wine, but very fun! A bit like Penyllans beers.

Sour creamy pineapple on the nose. Taste is creamy, pineapple, canned pineapple juice and some yeasty notes. Not really sour, but has a slightly bitter aftertaste.

Nose has banana and boozy raisins. Taste has baked bananas, some caramel sweetness, semi sweet chocolate, raisins/dried fruit and some BA rum. Just a hint of bitterness.
