This was odd, mine smelled like nail polish remover, bit sweet and that's kind of it. So many different tastes and aromas from different pours of the same bottles, yet none I really liked

Beautiful clarity. White balsamic vinegar, a mild truffle earthiness, smooth with the honey injection. Once it opens out, apricot jammy notes rock up. Love this bar for its eclectic draft board.

Woody on the nose initially then a funky floral swirl creeps in followed by an almost honey tinged tartness with farmyard back notes…as it goes on a dry nutty sherry flavour comes through..very complex
