It’s Voignier grape, first and foremost, and not luxurious enough. I was hoping for creamy honey and tropical notes with a pep up of coconut. Still, won’t deter me from trying to make the journey to Lewes this summer. 🔴🟡🔵

Lemon cream + herbaceous characteristics of the first order including pine, basil leaf and rosemary. Sweets notes of blueberry and a slightly tarter blackcurrant. All wrapped up in a pastry casing. A culinary and slightly left field experience for an IPA.

Good to compare a decent draft with can, especially when the draft was from the source. White grape, gooseberry, grapefruit; not picking up Sabro like I did from draft, though it was subtle anyway. Think it just adds a really luxe creamy body. Nice work.
