Buckwheat Brett Ale, double dry hopped with Galaxy - in brewing it, we used an array of techniques and ingredients to yield an outrageous tropical fruit flavour and aroma, as well as a lovely almond nuttiness from the buckwheat. It's lush, fruity, and superbly drinkable.

Malt: Pilsner malt, raw buckwheat, Munich malt.
Hops: Galaxy
