Possibly a different batch from the one Scott H. tried? I am finding strong coconut aspects which, to some degree, overshadows the lactose.

The epitome of the style; excellent balance of hops and malt. Some toffee sweetness also sneaks in there.

Yes, there’s a fair hop level for its style. It also has a drying aspect in the afterpalate.

The passionfruit is outstandingly strong in this one, to the detriment of the yuzu. I do get some grapefruit tones, though. Fair tartness.

Exceptionally hoppy for its style. This presents resounding pine notes and bitterness. Some astringent aspects in the finish.

A tad thin for my palate, I am afraid. Given this, I did not get as much cereal as I had anticipated. Decent roast and bitterness.

The sweet malt aspect is overshadowing the hop profile, to a fair degree. Some licorice notes in the fray.

Sour at the forefront but then melds into citrusy sweetness. Kind of like a sour lolly? Would have preferred some more tartness.

Carbonation consists of tiny bubbles and no head. A pale straw colour and not cloudy at all. Some grassiness.

Wood? Yes. Some spice? Yes. What I didn’t expect was the slight bacon aspect.
