Leaving it to age turned out great, rye barrel is spicy and detectable, but mellow. The whole drink goes down incredibly smooth, slight bits of raisin at the end with the oak.

I kept this one cold but it did foam a little when I popped the cap off. The flavor is fine. It’s a little boozy and syrupy but there is still plenty to like. That being said, this is one of the weaker double barrel offerings I’ve had. 3.75+

Fridge stored from day 1. Picked up about a year ago. Bottle started to mildly foam over when opened, drinkable but disappointed. Crack now if you have one. Getting more and more into the habit of drinking as fresh as possible. Cheers!
