Very good with chocolate & tart raspberry as the main flavors, some peanut butter & slight banana. Bourbon coats the whole thing. More peanut butter would have brought this closer to the PB&J idea.

This is aging very well. The biscotti cookie idea is spot on, especially the anise note, huge toffee flavor & nutty almond. The chocolate bourbon adds complexity. Paired so well with Graeter’s black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream pie.
