It's hard to describe accurately. It's incredibly smooth, almost slick. Hops provide aroma but the only noticeable bitterness is coffee-like, and even then subdued. The coffee flavor dominates with some fruityness. It's really an aperitif, and delectable.

12/29/14: Aroma is lots of coffee, toffee, oats, licorice. Flavor is pretty tasty, lots of smooth coffee notes, vanilla finished by plenty of booze at the end. I’m not sure poop coffee is really what I want to be drinking though.

21-MAR-2009, from Ratebeer. Bottle. Tasted at Ulkløbben. Black with dark brown head. Coffee (surprise) in the nose, and on tasting, but it is not overdone. Very well integrated. Extraordinary creamy, with a looong aftertaste. Definately more
