Right. Listed as a golden ale on the menu here. It’s clearly a wild ale well before it’s a golden. Tart, vinous, appley. Apparently it’s got jester hops in it, not that you’d know, taste is all yeast. OK, getting a little orange now, no, not satsuma.

Massive cider aroma gives way to a funky and sharp cider taste which has a tart and dry finish, this is lovely and a really nice change from my usual styles.

Quite funky and grassy in aroma and on the palate at first. But that develops into nice hoppy bitterness, wrapped in a rather light, quaffable body. Would've said this was 'pintable' if not for its cost!
