indi is drinking a First Thaw by The Steam Machine Brewing Company
dry, full of flavour. aroma is dank and floral. flavour has a mix of grass and pine with hints of caramel. good balance. not sure I'd call it easy drinking (or particularly crisp), but good. fellowship lagers actually knocking it out of the park tbh
indi is drinking a Tucher Bajuvator Doppelbock by Tucher Bräu
who needs imperial stouts when you have dunkel doppelbocks. much dark caramel, feels fairly sweet
indi is drinking a Pale Ale Sabro by The Kernel Brewery
see my previous checkin because I didn't pay so much attention this time. it was nice, would've said 3.75 but I trust my past self who was drinking more thoughtfully

funky tartness, decent sipper but felt like it was actually quite a plain sour impy stout?! i.e. barrels mostly imparted lactic acid? not that much chocolate, malty, etc notes that would've made it more balanced. shrug, 3.5+
