Can. Lots of fizz, then completely flat. Sweet soft sherry fruit nose. Taste of rich dark malts, soft sherry fruits, fairly rich texture, great flavour, smooth, finish has soft alcohol. Very good but too flat. 4.0

Never seen a beer aged in Pedro ximenez barrels before so we had to grab this one as we love PX wine after traveling to Spain last year. Nice stout base with some toffee/fruit notes, which are prominent in PX wines. Solid and unique beer.
