José Antonio González Seco: Efectivamente. Esa es la teoría, pero la truhan era una NEIPA, estilo en el que la frescura es también muy importante, y resistió mucho mejor el paso del tiempo. Eso sí, ambas guardadas en frío todo el rato, sino seguramente estarían hechas un desastre.
