An Impy on almond paste, black cherries & barrel aged on raspberries. Very good! Usually, I don't rely too much on French craft beers, but this one is awesome: cherry bon bons 'au licqueur', woody raspberry seeds, Brandy?-like wafts & peppery finish

Un nez sympathique et framboise et une première bouche de cerise avant de retrouver les arômes plus classiques de la stout avant une finale sur de l’amande. On est dans de la stout légère où la cerise griotte s’impose beaucoup. Agréable à boire.

C'est pas trop sucré, ça a dû s'affiner un peu. La pâte d'amande est là, les cerises sont sur la fin avec l'alcool et le bois reste un peu sur le palais. Manque peut-être un peu de relief mais c'est cool.
