Dried fruit apricot vinegar funk n tart Granny Smith apple. Lots of acid, boozy bourbon barrel warmth. Waiting way too long (~3 yrs) on this in fridge seems to have preserved nicely. No cider like it. Truly exceptional. Wish there were more. Celebrating🍻
