Bottled 8/31/2021. Pretty strong vanilla as my first thought. Fruit makes me think of unsulfured apricots (dark color). Deep dark fruits flavor. Despite that, tastes lighter than the 2020 and not as bright as the 2022.

I think my last 2021 bottle. It's aged nearly 4 years & still is the bomb. Bourbon, sweet, chocolate, caramel, smooth. Ac touch less boozy in this year. 5/5
