香氣以野菌的funk為主，果香包裹其中，底層有乾麵包、打火石的香氣。酒體乾卻滋潤，喝到後段酸度中高，餘韻是悠長的白葡萄酒。沒有碳化也不需要碳化，已經有極佳的解構感，整體超出預期。 配上油膩的烤鴨，經典！
